A. Individuals

By clicking, I confirm that I meet the following conditions and formally declare that I wish to be considered a professional within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) (opting-out):

• I am a person holding – directly or indirectly – net assets of CHF 2,000,000 or more (excluding (i) real estate / direct investments in real estate, (ii) social insurance claims and (iii) occupational pension assets) or an equivalent amount in another currency.
• I am a person who (i) holds – directly or indirectly – net assets of CHF 500,000 or more, or an equivalent amount in another currency AND (ii) has the necessary knowledge to understand the risks of financial investments (in particular in direct or indirect real estate) as a result of (a) my personal education and professional experience or (b) comparable experience in the financial sector.

B. Entities

By clicking, I confirm that I am a professional client as defined by the Swiss Financial Services Act (FINSA), that is:

1. A financial intermediary as defined in the Banking Act of 8 November 19348 (BankA), the Financial Institutions Act of 15 June 20189 (FinIA) and the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA);
2. A foreign client subject to continuous prudential supervision;
3. A central bank;
4. A public entity with professional treasury operations;
5. A pension fund or an occupational pension institutions with professional treasury operations;
6. A company with professional treasury operations;
7. A large company according to FinSA, which exceeds two of the three following conditions : (i) balance sheet total of CHF 20 million, (ii) turnover of CHF 40 million and/or (iii) equity of CHF 2 million;
8. A private investment structure with professional treasury operations created for high-net-worth retail clients (family office).
9. An insurance company as defined in the Insurance Surveillance Act (ISA);
